In-form Chester Jets made it five wins in six games, and a second weekend defeat for the adidas London Leopards, with a convincing 97-70 win over their London visitors. Leopards led just once – 12-10 early on – before Jets pulled away strongly from a 45-36 half-time advantage.
Jets had lost Kyle Ivey-Jones three minutes before half-time to a suspected pulled hamstring but dominated the second-half through long-range shooting. Leopards were without Jason Kimbrough, concussed during the defeat at Renault Leicester Riders on Saturday night. Greg Francis (27) and Brandon Brantley (20) led the Jets’ and Leopards scoring respectively.
